He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert Hall and Wendell Hall. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Hall; his children, Heather Hall of Owensboro and Jason Hall; his stepchildren, Robin Miller of Texas, John Nantz and Michael Hall; his siblings, Martha Reeks and Kenny Lanham (Marine); and his close friend Raymond Pavlas of Owensboro. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
