He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Nicholas and Margaret Moore Bullington; his daughter Lisa Nicole Lawson; and his siblings, Mary Margaret Pierce, Sam and Nick Bullington.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Barbara Bullington of Owensboro; his son Jon Bullington, Sr. of Owensboro; and his grandchildren, Jon Bullington, Jr., Amber Alexander, Nicholas Lawson, C. J. Hamilton and Samantha Lawson. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and four nieces and nephews.
