She is survived by: her children, Bruce Howard (Dianne) of Dallas Texas, Joseph "Wayne" Howard of Owensboro, Mike Howard (Janet) of Masonville and Patricia Carrico (Bill); and her grandchildren, Jamie Jeffries (Toby), Clint Howard, Kenny Fallaway (Brandy), Nanette Blandford (Eddie), Jennifer Reeder (Nick), Christine Metsgar (Corey) and Derrick Fallaway.
