It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Wayne Brown of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Jeffersonville, Indiana, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Hobeart Brown; and his brothers, Steven Brown and Benjamin Kiper. He is survived by: his mother Nora Hall (Bill) of Texas; his adoptive children, Lindsey Parker and Nathan Parker; and his sisters, Tammy Morales (Ramiro), Betty Jo Bolin, Rita of Texas and Christina of Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
