He is survived by: his children, David Wayne Frantz (Lisa) of Owensboro and John Michael Frantz (Courtney) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Ashton Frantz, Cameron Frantz, Alexie Frantz and Maci Frantz; his sisters, Sharon Pettis of Chattanooga and Deborah Ann Redenius of Owensboro; his close friends, Tom Hayden and Kathy Hayden; his cousins, Lonnie Brooks and Anna Brooks; and his niece Tonya Frantz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
