He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosmas "Dick' Clark and Helen Clark; his siblings, Clifton "Bud" Clark, Justin Clark, Rita Russell and Mary Barr; and his sisters-in-law, Eileen Clark and Susie Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Cole; his sons, Zachary Clark (Courtney) and Aaron Clark; his grandsons, Isaac Clark, Luke Clark and Daniel Clark of Owensboro; his brothers, Curt Clark of Channahon, IL, Joseph "Poodle" Clark (Mary Jane), Frank Clark of Owensboro and Jamie Clark (Peggy) of Whitesville; and his sisters-in-law, Minnie Clark of Whitesville and Brenda Clark of Owensboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
