He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Horn and Martha Hurm Horn; and his brother-in-law Jim Vinson. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Kutsor Horn; his son Kaleb Charles Horn; his siblings, David Horn (Ruth) and Penny Vinson of Owensboro; his niece Ashley Traxler (Chris) of Grovetown; his parents-in-law, Peggy and John Kutsor of Owensboro; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Owsley, Mike, John David and Jeff Kutsor. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends shall wear appropriate personal protective masks and social distance themselves.
