He was predeceased by: his father Wiley Puckett; his wife Martha Puckett; and his brothers, Harold Puckett, Earl Puckett and Bobby Puckett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Puckett Dickinson (James) of Texas, Kelli Puckett Rudd (Brandon) of Owensboro and Stacy Brown (Curt) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Todd, Tyler, Taryn Dickinson, Averi, Milli, Elli Rudd, Dylan, Adylan and Aydan Ayer; and his brother Freddie Puckett (Sue) of Hartford. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
