Dow (Owensboro, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Dow; his children, Larry Cooper, Sharon Morgan and Jane Smith; and his sisters, Virginia Dow and Nadia Blizzard.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, LaDonna Horn of Owensboro, Jody Horn of Owensboro and Scott Horn of Owensboro; and his children, Judith Dabney of Cincinnati, Gail Jeter of Cincinnati, Esther Dean (Henry) of Cincinnati, Kimberly Clark (Brian) of Cincinnati and William Frank Dow of Salem.
