She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Duke and Anza Kathyrn Willeford Whitaker; her sister-in-law Phyllis Whitaker; and her friend Vickie Simmons. She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Elliott (Thad Richardson); her grandchildren, Austin Hamilton (Cheyenne) and Lexi Hamilton; her great grandchild Adley Rae; her sibling Terry Whitaker; her niece Melanie Wallace (Scott); and her great-nephews, Colton and Bradley.
