She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sanford and Miranda Perry Sanford; her husband Paul Albert "Jake" Meisenhelder; and her siblings, Thomas Sanford, Bud Sanford, Mary Aileen "Judy" Flynn and Lucille "Punch" Cole.

She is survived by: her sons, Joe Meisenhelder (Joanne) of Citra, Mike Meisenhelder (Karen) of Owensboro and Steve Meisenhelder (Nancy) of Owensboro; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Meisenhelder, Cindi Blyberg, Mandy Turner, Jennifer Meisenhelder, Shawn Mayfield, Todd Mayfield, Katie Argo and Chad Mayfield. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
