She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Martha Sadler Hamilton; her husband Phillip Edward "Rock" Hale; her sons, James Eugene Hale, David Allen Hale, Thomas Edward Hale and Phillip Carroll Hale; her grandson Forrest Lee Brown; and her siblings, Nora Faye Mahler and Houston Robert Hamilton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Brown and Martha Slaton; and her brother Luther Hamilton (Annie). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, a whole host of great-grandchildren.
