She was predeceased by: her parents, Gettie Wingfield and Ada Wingfield; her husband Robert L. Harper; and her sisters, Magalene Huff and Charlotte Ellis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry O'Bryan (Bill), Vickie Fiorella (Tony) and Nancy Harper-Gardner (Roger); her granddaughters, Kathy Jackson and Janie Moseley; her great grandchildren, Jordyn Smith (Al), Grace Moseley, Jacob "Jake" Cole Jackson and Taylor Jackson; her great great grandchild Aelin Smith; and her sister Juanita Neighbors. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
