He was predeceased by: his father Danny Melton; and his grandmother Shirley Laverne Lee. He is survived by: his mother Donna Iannitello of Owensboro; his children, Tanner Melton and Gracelynn Melton of Dunmor; his siblings, Ashley Melton of Owensboro, Kelsey Iannitello of Owensboro, Bethany Mayfield of Owensboro and Jameson Mayfield of Owensboro; his grandparents, Homer and Nancy Joan Melton of Powderly; and his stepfather Robert Mayfield (Patrick Bryan).
