It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Pendley of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Judy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Arnold and Hilda Clarise Wood Blanchard; her husband Foley Pendley; and her daughter Debbie Blincoe. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ferguson of Owensboro, Pamela Mackay of Owensboro, Rudy Pendley of Lewisport and Kay Gribbins (Tim) of Campbellsville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
