She is survived by: her fiancé James Larry Fountain; and her siblings, Robert Douglas (Lena) of Indianapolis, IN, Harold Douglas (Jennifer) of Evansville, IN, Mary Johnson of Owensboro, Minnie Brown of Owensboro and Betty Pettigrew (Charles) of Owensboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
