She is survived by: her husband William Webber; her children, Cliff Rostron and Glenda M. Wigginton (Jesse) of Ft; her grandchildren, Chris Rostron (Karen), Dana Starkey and James Wigginton; and her stepson Gary Webber of Bradenton, FL..
