She was predeceased by: her parents, James Buchanan and Grace Ilene Brown Holder; her former husband Wayne Louis Spain; her husband James Henry Walker; her son Jerry Spain; and her sisters, Wanda Gray and Myrl Lawrence.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Foster (Perry) of Owensboro, Elaine Hurdt (David) of Hendersonville and Lisa Carpenter of Owensboro; and her sisters, Betty Gross of Livermore, Lois Goforth of Owensboro and Nancy Mansfield of Owensboro. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
