She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Whitler and Inez Taylor Whitler; her husband Billy Herman Decker; her son James "Jimmy" Decker; and her siblings, Margaret Wallace, Charles Whitler, Jimmy Whitler, Danny Whitler and Jackie Whitler.

She is survived by: her children, Hazel Douglas (Eddie) of Central City, Marty Decker of Rockport, Tammy Segers (Timmy) of Nelson Creek and Deborah Ralph of South Carrollton; and her brother Cecil Whitler of Beaver Dam. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
