She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Curtis and Mary Louise Nelson Curtis; and her husband Charles Evans. She is survived by: her daughters, Fonda Clark (Mark) of Oxford and Beth Penrod (Donnie) of Philpot; her grandchildren, Steffan Clark (Mary), Karly Downing (Bobby), Christian Clark, Dakota Penrod (Cindy) and Logan Penrod; her great grandchildren, Michael "Mikey" Clark, Ryan Clark and Emily Clark; and her brother-in-law Thurman Evans (Glenda).
