She was predeceased by: her niece Hayden Hanaway; and her grandparents, Archie, Lucille Curtis, Earl and Naomi Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Jason Clements; her children, Zachary Dorsey, Jacob (Shelby Hale) and Joshua Dorsey (Serena); and her siblings, Joe Allen "Bub" Curtis, Jr. (Peggy), Davina Curtis (Rick McCoy) and Doris Dawn Hanaway (Mark). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces.
