He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Millay and Mary Rose Roby Millay; his daughter Mary Rose Millay; and his siblings, James Millay, Jack Millay, Bob Millay, Dorothy Roberts, Floella Mattingly, Kathleen Clark, Martha Newby and Beverly Hagerman.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Bittel Millay; his children, Brad Millay, Lisa Mattingly (Tommy) and Sherri Fulkerson (Larry); his grandchildren, Eric Mattingly, Jessica Mattingly, Rachel Fulkerson and Jenna Fulkerson; and his great grandchildren, Lily and Jayden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
