Payne Vanover; his children, Joseph R. Vanover Jr. (Hadley Johnson), Richie L. Brumley (Andy), Sandra A. Vanover-Ashley, Shannon L. Kunce and Regina R. Vanover (Melvin Miller); and his sisters, Janice Dixon, Rayda Sampson and Deanie Gaston. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
