He is survived by: his children, Kelly Howard (Donald Kelly) of Summerville and Joseph Matthew Boone (Taylor) of Owensboro; his siblings, Brenda Jo Edge of Masonville, Francis Sims (Robert) of Masonville and Randy Boone (Marcia) of Masonville; and his child Cynthia Middleton Boone of Charleston.
