He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gerald and Mary Benetta Jones; his son Joseph Michael Jones; his sister Wilma Bunner (Walter); his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Ellis and Edna Jones; his son-in-law Nick Bumm; and his granddaughter Susan Michelle Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Jones; his children, Stephen Jones (Kim), Alan Wayne Jones (Lynn) and Janine Bumm; his daughter-in-law Lynda Jones-Watts (David); and his siblings, Marshall Edward Jones (Cindy Brinker), Paul Jerry Jones, Shirley Ellis and Mary Karen Jones. He is also survived by seven grandchildren: and nine great-grandchildren.
