It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Franklin Mitchell of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lula and Frank Woodruff; and his aunt Elizabeth Chamberlain. He is survived by: his brother Gilbert Mitchell; his mother Frances Hedges (Allen); his nieces, Amber Gebhard (Terry) and Brittney Masterson (John); his uncle Melvin Woodruff; his great-nephews, Memphis Gebhard and Zachary Mitchell; his great-niece Savannah Bickett; and his close friends, Gem and Jade. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
