He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William and Agnes Lucille Clark Fischer; his former wife Agnes Jean Johnson Fischer; his sons, Stephen Eric Fischer and Robert Kevin Fischer; and his siblings, James Daniel Fischer, Mary Jane Fischer Hall and Joan Fischer.
He is survived by: his wife Bettye D. Fischer; his children, Keith Fischer (Benita) and Cara Whalen (Dave); his daughter-in-law Rita Fischer; his grandchildren, Stefan Brafford (Debra), Kyrie Maloy (Jake), Kelsey Whalen, Jennifer Fischer Knight (Jonathan) and Stephanie Fischer Rush (Austin); his great grandchildren, Lana, Cooper, McKenzie, Clayton, Calvin, Lily, Coleson and Andrew; his brother Earl Fischer (Paula); and his stepsons, Todd Reynolds (Debbie), Brad Reynolds (Tammy Brandle) and Bryan Reynolds (Julie Crowe). He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren, 13 step-great-grandchildren, and 3 step great-great-grandchildren.
