He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mitchell Revlett and Anita Sapp Revlett; and his grandparents, Betty, Charles Sapp, Jana and Richard Deitz.
He is survived by: his children, Taylor Nikol Revlett, Bailey Lynn Revlett, Sara Beth Revlett, Christopher Joseph Revlett and River Adahy Revlett; and his siblings, Chad Revlett (Alisan), Krystal Curtright (Mike) and Amber Revlett (Brandon). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
