He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Logsdon; his daughters, Connie Jo Russelburg, Becky Scott and Jo Nell Logsdon; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson Winders and Sesha Dickens.

He is survived by: his daughter Virginia "Ginny" Barnes (Rick) of Owensboro. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
