He is survived by: his uncle Louis; his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Evans; his sons, Tom Evans of Phoenix, AZ, Darin Evans of Owensboro and Greg Evans of Maryland; his stepson Alan Smith of Butler Co; his daughters, Sara Evans Goodall of Lewisport and Mari Evans Hardin of Fordsville; his grandchildren, Jessica Evans of Phoenix, Abby, Avery, Elly Goodall of Owensboro, Olivia Hardin of Fordsville, Creed Hardin and Jacob Hardin of Fordsville; his stepgranddaughters, Alyssa Turner (Adam) of Morgantown and Brittany Hudnall (Matt) of Lewisburg; his great grandchildren, Riley Evans of Phoenix, Aiden of Butler Co, Ayla of Butler Co, Jazlyn of Butler Co, Jett Turner of Butler Co, Jayce Smith of Butler Co, Kendrick Smith of Butler Co, Leah Smith of Butler Co, Cash Hudnall of Butler Co and Waylon Hudnall of Butler Co; and his siblings, Cecil Evans of Phoenix, Betty Buckman of Owensboro and Charlotte Tansey of New Jersey.
