He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Louis and Artie May Morris Horn; and his son-in-law Jeff Hillard. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Schwartz Horn; his children, Cathy Marie Hillard of Owensboro, Theresa Ann Byrne of Owensboro and Stephen Louis Horn (Darla) of Whitesville; his grandchildren, Michael Hillard (Emily Smithson), Brian Hillard (Lonna), Melanie Hodskins (Alex), Cody Nugent, Beth Knickerbocker, John Louis Cavazos, Ralph Cavazos, Briana, Colton and Lance Driggers; and his siblings, Connie Craig of Tell City, Carolyn Applegate of Tell City, Judy Payne of Owensboro and Robert Horn of Owensboro. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
