We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2021, at the age of 66, Johnny Alexander Ammons of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen and Bertie Wilson Ammons; his sister-in-law Judy Maddox; and his father-in-law Raymond Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Freda Maddox Ammons; his children, Jeramy Ammons, Lauren Ammons (Brian Parker) and Andrea English (Justin); his grandchildren, Sadie Redmon (David), Brayden, Layton Parker, Maci and Weston English; his sisters, Rebecca Ammons and Mary Edith Boone; his sisters-in-law, Sherry Dickens (Wayne) and Penni Maddox; and his mother-in-law Jane Payne (Danny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
