It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Roberts of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Rethia Myers (Roberts). He is survived by: his wife Rose Roberts (Rhodes); his daughters, Amy Rose Knotts (Shane) of Smyrna, Tennessee and Julie Lynn Simpson (Rick) of Smyrna, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Kayla Knotts, Derek Knotts, Briley Knotts, Ryan Simpson and Emily Simpson; and his siblings, Joyce Bickett (Roberts) and Mike Roberts (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
