He is survived by: his wife Kathy Samuels of Evansville; his stepson Jon Earl Randell Jr. of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Desean Samuels, Brailynn Seger and Danaisha Samuels; his siblings, Paul L. Samuels of Rockport, Michael Eugene Samuels of Evansville, Dennis Laird Samuels, Patsy Howell of Rockport and Abdus Salam of Lexington, KY; his nieces and nephews, Sheree Kiplinger (Keith), Paul L. Samuels III, Stephanie Dawn Rogers, Tina Michelle Samuels, Roger Dale Rogers and Devon Davidson; and also, Decarlos Samuels (Amy) of Evansville, Daniel Fuquay of Evansville, Robert Mitchell, Deanna Thomas, Venus Coit and Deena Michelle. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
