He is survived by: his mother Patsy Jackson Leak; his daughter J'Nyia Da'Nae Farmer of Glenn Dale, Maryland; his grandparents, Ina Jackson Carter, Charles and Alvirta Taylor of Owensboro; and his fiancée Jacqueline Staples. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
