He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph "Nicky" Johnson, Betty Jean Johnson, John Thomas Dunn II and Mary Adams Meyers. He is survived by: his parents, Carol Ann Johnson and John "Tom" Dunn III (Tammy); his stepparents, Phil Roberts (Beverly) and Yavonda Dunn of Owensboro; his grandmother Joy Dunn; his siblings, Dave Roberts (Rachael) of Owensboro and Haley Cadima (Keith) of Louisville; and his stepsiblings, Theda Brumfield (Tommy), Lindsay Rone, Rachel Brown and Jeff Goodwin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
