He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Dominic Cecil and Lucy P. Hayden Cecil; and his wife Regina Nelson Cecil of Jack's Pharmacy. He is survived by: his children, Dr. John Cecil (Vicky) of Gilbertsville, KY, Denney Cecil of Owensboro and Becky Cecil (Deborah) of Sarasota, FL; his grandchildren, Clay Cecil (Sarah), Chris Cecil, Corey Cecil, Caitlyn Cecil Hill (Jason) and Morgan Cecil Eddmenson (Aaron); and his great grandchild Jackson Tyler Hill.
