He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Velma Mae Nevis Sevy; his son Michael R. Sevy; and his brother Harold Sevy. He is survived by: his wife Pearl; his son Danny R. Sevy (Gayle); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jonathan Sevy, Micah Ruiz (Jacob) and Taylor Thompson (Jessie); his sister Clara Mae Morgan; his daughter-in-law Jenna Jagoe; and his extended family, Colleen and Shirley "Gran" Allen.
