He is survived by: his significant other Jim Hoffman; and his siblings, Barbara Pendleton (Jim) of Rockport, IN, Ruth LaMaitre (Tony Hamilton), Bill Hayes of Owensboro, KY. and Joe Hayes (Peggy) of Owensboro, KY.. He is also survived by husband, brother, uncle and friend.
