He is survived by: his grandson Jonathan Scott Phillips; his siblings, Shirley Wells, Jonell Mitchell and Fred Phillips; his wife Brenda Wathen Phillips; his children, Jeffrey S. (Lucinda) and Nicole D. Huff (Kenny) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Jessica Phillips, Jamie Hornsby and Nathan Huff; his stepgrandson Barry Toomey; his great grandchild Xavier Hornsby; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Phillip Toomey and Dillon Robards.
