He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elmer and Mary Ursula Hayden Blandford; his wife Catherine Ann Kennedy Blandford; his siblings, Kenneth Blandford and Alice Devine; and his son-in-law Eric Fulkerson.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Blandford (Jenni), Lisa Fulkerson, Tommy Blandford, Kelly Blandford, Tonya Hamilton (Justin) and Michelle Baize (Robbie); and his siblings, Peggy Roberts, George Blandford, Shirley Merimee (Tommy), Randall Blandford (Ginny), Nancy Lewis (John) and Barbara Magan. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
