He was predeceased by: his father James Clifton Shively; and his wife Alisa Kay Shively. He is survived by: his son Paul Shively (Christie Netherton); his former wife Sheila Shively; his siblings, Jacqueline Shively O. S. B., Beverly Sablik, James Shively (Jean), Ray Shively (Linda) and Bill Shively (Brenda); and his pet Jasmine. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; fifteen great nieces and nephews.
