He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Lynn Bonnes (Phillip), Tammy Sue Lake and Catherine Marie Voyles; his grandchildren, Katie Smith (Ryne), Kevin Bonnes (Kristine), Matthew Lake, Zachary Lake, Johnathan Voyles (Nina), Steven Voyles and Cody Voyles (Courtney); and his sister Penny Evelyne Holt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
