It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Brett of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Brett to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta Brett and Carl Brett; and his granddaughter Lillian Rose Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Angela Johnson (Wesley), Anthony Brett (Michelle), Zachary Brett (Lauren), Samantha Morgan (Ross) and Jackson Brett (Ainsley); his grandchildren, Ella, Lucy, Tucker, Briley, Sadie, Emmitt, Olivia, Sutton, Jett and Parker; and his siblings, Sharon Brett, Harold Brett and Carla Hightower.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A prayer will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Catholic Church (2516 Christie Pl, Owensboro, KY 42301).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Benedict's Homeless Shelter.
