He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Adams and Carolyn Adams (Clevenger); and his sister Diane Perez. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Allen, Brandi Juarez-Adams and Jessica Adams; and his siblings, Mike Adams and Vickie Jones. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
