It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Richardson of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren E. Richardson and Lillian Thomas Richardson; his wife Barbara G. Richardson; and his siblings, Betty Bolton and Jimmy Richardson.

He is survived by: his children, Teresa Decker (Rick) and Tom Richardson (Bridget); his grandchildren, Jeb Richardson (Sarah) and Raegan Richardson; and his great grandchildren, Lydia Richardson, Billy Richardson, Elias Richardson and Rollie Richardson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The Joe Richardson family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to The Boys and Girls Club, 3415 Buckland Square, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301.
