She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius C. Seelbach and Marie Davenport Seelbach; her husband Albert A. Hofmann; her son Thomas L. Hofmann; her grandchildren, Benjamin Hofmann and Amber Hofmann; her siblings, David Seelbach and Betty Prestigiacomo; and her daughter-in-law Tammie Hofmann.
She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Hofmann, John R. Hofmann, Eric M. Hofmann (Andria), Donald J. Hofmann (Kerri), Anne M. Baumgardner (Scott) and Julie M. Boyd (Bill); and her brothers, Bob Seelbach (Mary Agnes) and Tony Seelbach (Catherine). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
