He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Nicholson and Alma Davis Nicholson; his sister Shirley; and his brother-in-law Richard Wells. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hurm Nicholson; his daughters, Carol Wingfield (Steve) of Owensboro, Kimberly Newsome (Steve) of Owensboro and Connie Nicholson (John Oehmler) of Owensboro; and his grandchildren, Amber Coons, Samantha Brown, Dr. Matthew Damin, Stephani Magan, Taylor Riccio, Tristan Wingfield and Olivia Richardson. He is also survived by seven great granddaughters, and a host of other family and friends.
