He is survived by: his wife Linda Pannett (Stephens); his children, Lisa Corley (Dennis), Lewisport, Sandy Jones (Gary) and James R. "Rusty" Pannett, Jr. (Rhonda); and his siblings, Mary Ann Birney of Dearborn Heights, MI, Ray Pannett (Brenda) and Jerry Pannett (Judy).
