She was predeceased by: her daughter Taran Michelle McLevaine; her sister Judy Ann Hobgood; and her father Floyd Lee McLevaine. She is survived by: her husband Mike Tanner; her son Jacob Tanner; her mother Louise McLevaine; her grandchildren, Riley Mauzy, Morgan Mauzy and Brayden Dominick; and her brothers, Dennis McLevaine, Mike McLevaine, Pat McLevaine and Scott McLevaine.
